With both a Masters of Science Degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY and an HBA from The Ivey Business School at Western University, Shari has built a reputation as a change agent and expert facilitator. We never presume to know the solution until we fully understand the problem. To do that, we need to start with asking “why”. Our mission is to provide our clients with the right solution to their specific problem, whether it’s sexy or not. Our process is rooted in strategic problem solving and feels very different. We strive to be an “agency of preference”. We’re always available when you need us, but you’re not paying for us when you don’t. Don’t get us wrong, we love long-term relationships, we just prefer to treat every project as if it were our last, because we know it easily could be.
We’re not afraid to give our clients the tools they need to work without us. In fact, we offer a menu of workshops designed to teach them how to use creativity to solve their business problems even when we’re not in the room.

Awards are nice. Our team has won tons of them from shows all over the world. The problem is that our industry puts so much emphasis on them that they can sometimes cloud the decisions agencies make when trying to solve a client’s problem. We’d prefer you trust that when we’re fighting for one of our ideas, it’s because we’re trying to do the right thing for your brand, not ours.
