Samsung Canada was set to open their newest flagship store in downtown Toronto featuring the mostinnovative productsacross mobile, consumer electronics and digital appliances…a global first for the company.
Yet, they lacked a distinctive retail brand platform to help shape the experience and give people a reason to visit.
HOW MIGHT WEcreate a compelling call-to-action to drive curiosity, excitement and foot traffic to a new store in Canada’s busiest mall?
With a nod to their heritage as one of Asia’s most successful technology leaders, we took the opportunity to introduce Canadians to the soul of Samsung via their literal home base: Seoul, Korea.
A “surround-sound” OOH and digital campaign teased Toronto commuters to the launch event, showcasing the hotbed of culture and innovation that has inspired decades of breakthrough technologies from Samsung.
“Discover Our Seoul” provided the platform for a one of a kind experiential event with the Samsung Experience Store as its canvas.
